We are currently looking to add our team with an exciting opportunity a Treasury Analyst for our Onboarding team within Treasury Services. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting all newly acquired Partners on their transition to Acrisure’s Treasury Services. This individual will have a passion for Treasury Implementation a strong understanding of bank account opening requirements. This position will work closely with the full Treasury team and broader finance team as well as other key Home Office departments, leaders and staff. The position will be remote or in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Support all domestic M&A on-boarding activities for Partner banking transitions including; new account openings, signatory changes, legacy bank account closures, and bank product training • Partner with team members to facilitate all Treasury Onboarding and transition activities • Serve as contact for new Partners to address Acrisure Treasury products and service inquiries • Support the adoption activities related to all of Acrisure’s Preferred Treasury Vendors among all Agency Partners including banking, third party payment providers and merchant services, and Corporate Credit card programs • Maintain global bank account records and track progress of bank account conversion • Identify and drive process efficiencies related to assigned activities • Other special projects and assignments as assigned by Finance leadership Competencies: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: • Undergraduate degree required; B.B.A. with Finance or Accounting emphasis strongly preferred • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a large Treasury organization, preferably with specialization in Treasury Operations • Prior banking experience in Treasury Management strongly preferred • Working knowledge of treasury and banking technology solutions including workstations, banking portals, ERP/bank interfaces preferred Technology Skills: • Strong Excel skills and experience with macros, pivot tables • Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau applications • MS Access database knowledge preferred • Highly responsible and accountable for assigned work • Ability to communicate articulately and professionally, and influence others for a desired outcome • Ability to work independently, prioritize daily responsibilities and projects according to changing objectives using strong time management skills • Bring a strong attention to detail for all assigned work • Proven track-record of excellent customer service • Ability to make thoughtful, quick decisions Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
