Job Overview We're looking for experienced Athletic Trainers who share our passion for stretching, flexibility, and mobility. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes, while also contributing to the growth and retention of our client base. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, providing personalized feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals Build and retain a loyal client base by providing outstanding customer service, responding to client concerns, and promoting our services to potential new clients Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, research, and industry developments Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours, offsite events, and sales as needed, helping to drive business growth and expansion Maintain a strong social media presence to promote our services, engage with clients, and build a sense of community around our brand Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it's available for client use at any given time, adhering to our high standards of safety and hygiene Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A strong passion for boutique fitness environments, with a particular interest in stretching, flexibility, and mobility A relevant professional background, such as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach, with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fitness or health environment Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and provide empathetic support and guidance A professional work ethic, with a strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and adherence to our attendance policies The ability to create a positive and welcoming environment that encourages clients to feel at ease and motivated to achieve their goals Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities A strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical, real-world setting Familiarity with our proprietary Flexologist training program, or a willingness to learn and become certified in this area Experience with social media marketing and promotion, with the ability to leverage these channels to build our brand and engage with clients Career Growth and Development At StretchLab San Antonio, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills, both personally and professionally.
