They are seeking a technically proficient AI/Technology Business Analyst to bridge the development team and business stakeholders, focusing on improving regulatory compliance and automating complex processes in clinical trials. Responsibilities Configure and test AI agentic workflows, ensuring seamless automation of complex business processes in clinical trial disclosure Apply analytical thinking to identify and evaluate opportunities for AI-powered solutions within client and internal business processes and requirements Conduct rigorous testing of AI implementations, including edge cases and validation scenarios Serve as the interpreter between our development team and business stakeholders, ensuring both sides understand requirements, capabilities, and constraints Leverage data-driven analysis to translate complex business problems into structured frameworks that can be addressed using our AI technologies/agentic networks Identify, document, and refine business problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, which may include technical requirements Collaborate with the technology team to design effective prompt strategies and agentic workflows that translate business requirements into optimized AI solutions, ensuring intelligent automation of complex business processes Develop business cases and ROI analyses for potential AI implementations for clients and internal stakeholders across various disciplines Help clients and stakeholders understand how LLMs and Generative AI can transform their operations Stay up to date on LLM advancements and contribute to our cutting-edge projects Skills Strong academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Demonstrated experience, interest, and ability to adapt to evolving technology trends and use of AI Proactive attitude and ability to communicate/collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders Excellent communication (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal and consultative skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Benefits Health insurance (including medical, dental, and vision coverage) Retirement savings benefits Life insurance Disability benefits Parental leave Sick leave Paid vacation Holidays Company Overview Xogene provides transparency outsourcing activities, management consulting, and technology-driven solutions to the biopharma industry.
