Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Construction Defect / PI / Coverage) $125,000–$185,000 + Bonuses | 1,850 Target Hours | California (SF- Hybrid or Fully Remote in CA) I’m partnering with a long-established California civil litigation firm to help them hire an Associate Attorney to join their defense-side team, with a focus on construction defect, personal injury, and insurance coverage work. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level litigator who wants sophisticated cases, trial exposure, and real client impact—without big-law burnout. The Opportunity You’ll join a highly respected trial firm that has spent 30+ years defending complex, high-exposure cases for major corporations, public entities, and insurers across California. Matters include: • Construction defect and construction-related litigation • Catastrophic and complex personal injury defense • Insurance coverage and related disputes You will be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team handling cases from early investigation through trial and appeal.
