Associate, Crypto Risk & Compliance Analytics

## What you’ll do: Crypto Asset Risk Assessment: Conduct in-depth analyses of various crypto assets to assess their regulatory risk profiles and compliance with European regulations. Regulatory Compliance: Continuously monitor, review and report on the alignment of crypto assets and related activities with current and forthcoming EU Compliance Laws, including the MiCA regulation. Stay abreast of the latest developments in crypto industry, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to continuously improve internal processes and assessment standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and insights relevant to crypto asset risk assessments and compliance reviews. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation supporting the assessment of crypto assets and their compliance with EU regulations. Training and Development: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of relevant laws and regulations as well as risk analysis methodologies. ## Who you are: Educational Background: A degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with a legal or crypto related background. Interest in crypto assets: A demonstrated interest in crypto assets and blockchain technology, with a keen understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with European financial regulations, particularly in relation to crypto assets, regulatory compliance and Anti Financial Crime. Knowledge of the MiCA regulation is a significant advantage. Prior experience in a regulated crypto related company or in a role focused on regulatory compliance or Anti Financial Crime is highly preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them to the dynamic world of crypto assets.
