We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Facebook + TikTok) to join our team. Your main tasks will be: • Facebook and TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization; • Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM, and other tools; • Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics; • Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives. We expect from you: • Facebook, TikTok expert with at least 5 years of experience in UA (Meta Blueprint and TikTok certificates will be an additional advantage); • Knowledge of Google Ads - an additional plus; • Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect; • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data; • English is B2 or higher; • Russian C1+ (must have).
