As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our nation's heroes and their families. **Job Summary** We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Associate Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service center, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to our members, providers, and brokers.
