As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in this ecosystem, providing support and resolving issues for customers across various industries. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues and address their queries in a timely and professional manner Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions Offer additional products and/or services to customers, aligning with their needs and preferences Deliver expert customer experiences with a customer-centric approach, ensuring high satisfaction levels and loyalty Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Fluent Spanish and English language skills, both written and verbal 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual or multilingual environment A high school diploma or GED equivalent A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home with a reliable computer and internet connection Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to navigate multiple systems and tools Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to complete PC and internet testing A desktop or laptop that meets our technical requirements (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered) High-speed internet connection (wired, not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy: Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a similar industry or company Knowledge of customer service software and technologies, such as CRM systems or chat platforms Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Career Growth and Personal Development At blithequark, we're committed to nurturing the growth and development of our team members.
