Job Summary As Brand Director, Global Coffee RTD, you will be responsible for leading the global roll-out of marketing plans, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive business growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including global marketing capabilities teams, local operating units, and external partners to deliver "bold and brilliant" marketing experiences that drive brand equity and business results. Key Responsibilities RTD Coffee Planning: Support planning for RTD category strategy and identified strategic growth pillars across all markets to deliver against business growth ambitions. RTD Coffee Global IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience): Deliver "bold and brilliant" marketing plans against identified strategic growth pillars in close collaboration with local teams. Innovation Planning Support: Support development and roll-out of innovation across key markets, working with local operating units to localize and ensure innovations are delivered on-time and in-full. Budgeting: Drive synergies of scale, budget productivity, and brand equity by challenging and building on existing frameworks/platforms and importing and exporting great ideas. Performance Management: Lead global performance measurements using insights and data from situation assessments, marketplace information, and local teams to support brand and business objectives. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: 10+ years of relevant work experience in the beverage or CPG industry, with a proven track record of leading complex marketing projects. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a Master's degree in marketing or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including global marketing capabilities teams, local operating units, and external partners. Strong portfolio management expertise, relationship management skills, and ability to manage through ambiguity. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across multiple stakeholders.
