We are seeking a motivated Consultant to join our Customer Experience team, focusing on business analysis and process automation for well-known automotive and manufacturing companies. We will enable you to grow in a challenging but supportive environment. Responsibilities • Lead requirements engineering activities by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements from client stakeholders. • Analyze and document client business processes ("As-Is") and collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized and automated future-state ("To-Be") processes. • Identify and qualify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. • Support the development and implementation of automation solutions, working alongside technical teams to ensure business requirements are met. • Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various Customer Experience projects. • Assist in developing innovative concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions that blend process optimization with technology. • Assist in market research and business development activities within the Customer Experience and process automation domain. • Join a highly motivated, young, and growing team, contributing your expertise in business analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements • Education: A recent or in-progress Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field. • Experience: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of requirements engineering and business analysis. • Core Competencies: Proactivity and the ability to work independently, combined with strong organizational and time management skills. • Technical Familiarity: A conceptual understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with MHP Americas, Inc. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), or any other non-immigrant status). Nice-to-haves • Experience: Previous internship or 1-2 years of work experience in management or IT consulting or a business analyst role. • RPA Skills: Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a significant plus. • Language: English language required, German language skills are a plus.
