About the Company We’re seeking a motivated Consumer Success Representative with a strong mix of customer service and sales skills to support consumers during the early stages of the home buying or selling process. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys helping people achieve meaningful outcomes. About the Role Position: Consumer Success Representative Location: Remote Duration: 3-6 months (with possible extension or contract-to-hire) Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound warm calls, emails, and texts • Identify customer needs through active listening and problem-solving • Deliver exceptional customer service and timely resolutions • Connect consumers with real estate professionals • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team • Accurately document interactions and customer information Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer-facing phone role • Sales experience preferred Required Skills • Strong communication, objection-handling, and conflict-resolution skills • Customer-first mindset with a focus on performance goals • Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously • Reliable attendance, adaptability, and willingness to learn • Interest in real estate or customer engagement roles Preferred Skills • Clear and professional English communication (additional languages a plus) Work Arrangements: Weekend-only role Work Schedule & Requirements • Training: Monday–Friday, February 9–13, 2026, 7:30am–4:30pm PST (attendance required, no gaps) • Weekend Work: Weekend shift after training: • Saturday–Sunday 6:00am–3:00pm PST • Saturday–Sunday 7:00am–4:00pm PST • Saturday–Sunday 11:00am–8:00pm PST • Saturday–Sunday 12:00pm–9:00pm PST 100% remote (must have reliable high-speed internet) Work Requirements • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use a computer and headset throughout the workday • Reliable internet connection capable of supporting calls, video, and online systems Equal Employment Opportunity Trilyon is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fairness and respect for all individuals.
