Must-Haves: • High school diploma required; an Associate s or Bachelor s degree is a plus. • 3+ years of customer service experience in retail, restaurants, call centers, or hospitality settings. • Track record of punctuality and reliability, even in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Tactful experience with up-selling and cross-selling products is a bonus. • Social media and chat experience preferred.
