Job Posting Title Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst (Voice of Customer) - Remote Job Description The Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst manages market research, customer insights, and voice of customer projects and programs that yield actionable insights and recommendations. The position helps manage and support various stages of research initiatives from intake to final deliverables and presentation of results. This position collaborates with stakeholders in Marketing & Communications, Client Engagement, Sales, Product Development, Operations, and other departments. Responsibilities • Manage research initiatives, focused on Prime’s consumer and business customer audiences • Establish cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to help support the use of customer insights and research across the company • Collect, analyze and interpret primary and secondary research findings and connect the dots with other data to create organized deliverables that communicate key findings, actionable insights and recommendations aligned to original business need • Conduct different aspects of qualitative and quantitative research, including designing questionnaires and discussion guides, data collection and survey administration, analysis, reporting, communication and support activities, for both ongoing and ad hoc research and insights needs using department protocols and principles. • Manage survey administration and communications, including quarterly, annual, and ongoing customer surveys, competitive benchmarking surveys, and other custom surveys as required • Continually monitor, research, and identify customer and industry trends; proactively inform stakeholders via actionable insights and recommendations to help inform strategic planning and marketing efforts • Partner with research vendors on specific projects; communicate project requirements, and ensure scope, timing and quality standards are met • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required • 2 years of experience in marketing, market research, customer insights, competitive insights, or related role • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments • Demonstrated ability interpreting project requirements and applying primary (qualitative and/or quantitative) and secondary research methodologies to meet the request • Analytical and reporting capabilities; curiosity and resourcefulness; ability to synthesize and organize research and other information into logical reports that communicate actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Project management skills and detail orientation; ability to plan and organize multiple projects and tasks with competing deadlines • Solid oral and written communication skills with experience presenting • Business acumen or strong learning agility • Proficient in arenaflex Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred Qualifications • PBM or healthcare experience • Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platform Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
