About the Role: Customer Service Representative We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional communications, both to and from customers, on behalf of our clients. You will work in various programs, including survey work, inquiries, database entry, and market research. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch support to our customers while upholding our company's high standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle Inbound and Outbound Customer Communications: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Interact with Customers: Engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Follow Detailed Instructions: Adhere to company guidelines and protocols, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in accordance with our standards. Update Program Database: Accurately update our database with relevant customer information, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. Handle Challenging Customer Situations: Resolve complex customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating problems to management when necessary. Meet or Exceed Performance Standards: Achieve or exceed key performance standards and quality objectives, contributing to the success of our team. Collaborate with the Operations Team: Work closely with our operations team to ensure that our contact center performance goals are consistently met and exceeded. Identify and Escalate Issues: Recognize and escalate data or program-specific issues to the appropriate level of management, ensuring that problems are addressed promptly. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is necessary for this role. Computer Applications: Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs, is essential. Data Entry and Typing Skills: Strong data entry and typing skills are required for this position. Customer Service Principles: Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is necessary for success in this role. Preferred Qualifications: Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is preferred. Multi-Tasking Skills: The ability to multi-task and toggle between multiple computer windows is beneficial. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are highly valued. Familiarity with Database Systems: Familiarity with database systems and user-level troubleshooting capabilities are preferred. Technical Requirements To ensure success in this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Internet Connection: A DSL or cable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 MBPS is required. Computer Specifications: A Windows 10 operating system, 8 GB of RAM, and a 100 GB hard drive are necessary. USB Port and Headset: A USB port and a USB headset are required. No Chromebooks, MAC Books, or Tablets: We do not accept Chromebooks, MAC Books, or tablets for this position.
