As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) - Remote, you will be working from home, providing inbound customer support to members, and ensuring that their inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support to members, greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member needs, maintaining a strong customer focus. Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member. Navigate multiple systems efficiently to resolve member inquiries. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that members feel valued and supported. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related industry. A verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-related industry. Knowledge of healthcare insurance products and services. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
