As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people on their path to better health. Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative in our PBM division, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You will provide personalized support to help members understand their coverage and options, and you will work to resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Our call centers have a high-energy culture and are passionate about providing excellent customer service with empathy. Key Responsibilities: Take inbound calls from members and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Provide personalized support to help members understand their coverage and options Resolve member questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members and provide exceptional customer service Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare-related field 6 months of work-from-home experience Healthcare certification (e.g., Medical Assistant) a plus Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Empathy and compassion when interacting with members Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At CVS Health, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
