Key Responsibilities Independently key data into work orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective service. Meet or exceed weekly targets for data entry and processing, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with vendors to obtain missing information, showcasing your communication skills and ability to work with external partners. Conduct audits on invoices to identify and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges, highlighting your attention to detail and analytical capabilities. Track and report cost savings achieved through your efforts, providing valuable insights into the impact of your work on our clients and the organization. Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Management (CSM) team , ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer experiences. Participate in special projects as assigned and complete other duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. What We're Looking For To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: An Associate's Degree or relevant experience, providing a solid foundation for your role. Excellent keyboarding skills with a strong focus on accuracy, enabling you to efficiently and effectively enter data into our system. Good organizational abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, as it will enable you to leverage our CRM system to enhance customer experiences. Familiarity with material handling and aerial equipment is also preferred, as it will provide context to your work and enable you to better understand our clients' needs.
