Responsibilities Offer excellent customer care via chat, email, and phone to Dutch -speaking customers. Efficiently address and resolve customer queries and concerns. Provide guidance and support to customers regarding our gaming services. Collaborate with your team to maintain high-quality service standards. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Gather and relay customer feedback to drive service improvements. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge. Requirements Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset. Previous experience in customer care or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture. A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is highly advantageous.
