Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Specialist to provide on-site technical support at our client’s facility in Saltillo. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical guide for installation personnel, ensuring proper interpretation and execution of electrical diagrams, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating updates with international and local teams. Responsibilities Provide on-site electrical guidance to installation teams Interpret and validate electrical diagrams provided by the client in China Identify and resolve electrical issues during installation Create and maintain open-point lists and track resolution progress Communicate effectively in English with the client in China and the site manager regarding required diagram updates Ensure alignment between field conditions and documentation Support the implementation of corrective actions and technical adjustments Requirements Proven experience in electrical systems and industrial installations Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics Basic computer proficiency (no EPLAN required) Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international coordination Availability to work on-site in Saltillo on a temporary basis Excellent communication and teamwork skills advanced English Join the world of the future in a fast growing international company!
