With a presence in more than 200 countries and territories, arenaflex is the trusted partner of choice for customers seeking to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems. **About the Role** As a North America Technical Team Data Analytics Customer Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping prospective and existing customers and partners understand the power of arenaflex, develop creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business challenges, and engage in proofs of concepts. You will also troubleshoot any technical questions and roadblocks related to database migrations, data back ends, and all aspects of the data life-cycle. **Responsibilities** * Work with teams across North America to identify and qualify business opportunities related to data analytics, understand key customer objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers in relation to aspects of the data life-cycle. * Share data analytics expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, POC work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting adoption to arenaflex. * Identify business and technical requirements, conduct full technical discovery, and architect client solutions to meet gathered requirements. * Prepare and deliver sales messaging in an effort to highlight the arenaflex value proposition, using techniques such as whiteboards, presentations, product demonstrations, whitepapers, and RFI responses. * Interlock with Product Management and influence the product roadmap through thought leadership, providing customer feedback, and triaging blockers to workload migrations. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. * Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders. * Experience with Big Data technologies or concepts, such as analytics warehousing, data processing, data transformation, data governance, data migrations, ETL, ELT, SQL, NoSQL, performance or scalability optimizations, or batch versus streaming. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in technical sales or consulting in cloud computing, data analytics, or Big Data. * Experience with architecture design, implementing, tuning, schema design and query optimization of scalable and distributed systems. * Experience with aspects of cloud computing (infrastructure, storage, platforms and data), as well as the cloud market, engaged dynamics and customer buying behavior. * Experience with developing data warehousing, data lakes, batch/real-time event processing, streaming, data processing (ETL/ELT), data migrations, data visualization tools, and data governance on cloud native architectures. * Understanding of customer requirements, with the ability to break down requirements and design technical architectures. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in cloud native architecture, data analytics, and technical sales. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical questions and roadblocks. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development. * We offer a range of training and development programs, including cloud computing and data analytics certifications. * Our employees have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer. * We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status. * We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements. * Our company culture is built on a foundation of respect, inclusion, and collaboration, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. **Compensation and Benefits** * The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. * Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. * The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. * Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to join a dynamic and innovative company, please submit your application through our website. arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
