Key Responsibilities As an Entry Level Technical Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing top-notch technical support to external content teams, addressing their queries and concerns regarding our toolset Creating comprehensive reference materials and delivering training sessions to get external teams up to speed with our tools and workflows Debugging and resolving issues with tools and workflows, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime for our content partners Escalating complex issues to our tool development team and collaborating with production to track progress in JIRA Advocating for tool improvements, workflow enhancements, and suggestions from external teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Partnering with other engineers to develop tools and processes that boost efficiency and quality, driving innovation and growth Guiding cross-disciplinary discussions to drive feature development from concept to completion, ensuring that our tools meet the evolving needs of our content partners Embodying reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions, upholding the high standards of arenaflex Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience Experience supporting live services or tool environments, with a strong understanding of the importance of uptime and prompt issue resolution Familiarity with Unity 3D game and tool development, as well as experience with Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking software Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal teams A positive attitude, with a willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback, driving continuous improvement and growth Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued: Experience with C# code, with the ability to read and understand code snippets Previous experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and issue resolution Familiarity with agile development methodologies, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box, driving innovation and improvement Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders A strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and service to our content partners The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team player A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
