Job Overview As a Senior Instructional Designer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training solutions to support our global Customer Service teams. You will lead instructional design projects from scoping to post-launch evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our training programs meet the needs of our Customer Service Associates. Your expertise in program and project management, adult learning, and performance-based training will enable you to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Simultaneously manage multiple learning programs with varying levels of complexity and time-critical deliverables, ensuring timely and within-budget completion Lead Instructional Design projects, including scoping, research, analysis, design, development, launch readiness, and post-launch evaluation for continuous improvement Design and develop training interventions optimized for accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion, utilizing various learning modalities such as self-directed, instructor-led, or blended learning Collaborate with Contact Center teams, Product Teams, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs meet business objectives and customer needs Be the voice of the learners, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our efforts and driving continuous improvement in our training programs Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment 3+ years of defining and executing against program timelines and requirements, with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Instructional Design, Adult Education, or Communications 5+ years of professional experience in Instructional Design, with expertise in eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and HTML/Javascript Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Experience in facilitating programs in person and virtually, with strong presentation and facilitation skills Ability to travel up to 10%, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 3+ years of driving process improvements, with experience in complex problem-solving and data-driven decision making 2+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project environments, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, with a strong foundation in adult learning theory and instructional design principles Experience with AI concepts, tools, and applications in Learning and Development, with a willingness to explore innovative solutions and technologies Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
