Key Responsibilities Create and manage listings on multiple channels, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality content. Respond to guest inquiries within 10 minutes or less, 24/7, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our guests. Sync listings across all channels to prevent double bookings and ensure seamless calendar management. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple listings simultaneously. Maintain high performance standards , adhering to our quality and service expectations. Essential Qualifications Proven experience as a 5-star super host on Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com, with a strong understanding of the short-term rental industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Technical skills: proficiency in creating and managing listings, syncing calendars, and using relevant software and tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong self-motivation and discipline. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple listings simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with property management software and tools, such as property management systems (PMS) and channel managers. Knowledge of revenue management strategies and pricing optimization techniques. Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles, with the ability to promote listings effectively.
