About the Role As an Account Strategist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in driving business growth for our mid-market clients. Your expertise in digital advertising, combined with your exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities, will help shape the way our clients approach online marketing. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and develop strategic plans to help them achieve their objectives. Your ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy will be essential in driving growth and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Build an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values. The minimum qualifications for this role include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. Ability to travel 20% of the time. Preferred qualifications include: Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in arenaflex Ads and other digital marketing platforms. Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, with a range of perks and benefits to support your well-being and financial security. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
