Job Overview In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties to support our operations team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business, providing exceptional support to our collectors, and contributing to the overall success of our company. Key Responsibilities Gather accident documentation from client systems and communicate directly with insurance carriers and clients as needed Provide administrative support to our operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management Master multiple client systems and applications, demonstrating a high level of technical proficiency Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to perform various administrative tasks Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask with ease Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and insurance carriers, both verbally and in writing Work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an auto insurance or claims environment Strong typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete data entry tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to master multiple client systems and applications, demonstrating a high level of technical proficiency Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask with ease Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and insurance carriers Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment, with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Familiarity with insurance subrogation or collections Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Experience with data analysis and reporting Certification in administration or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurance carriers Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete administrative tasks Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Recovery Partners, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
