Job Overview As a Teacher Assistant in our district, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and students in the classroom. Your primary responsibilities will include providing building and/or classroom support, assisting with lesson plans, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Provide academic, social, and behavior support to students in the classroom and throughout the school Assist teachers with lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation Support students with special needs, English language learners, and students who require additional academic support Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure student success Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or administrator Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.
