Develop and maintain up-to-date production plans, own daily task assignments, and scheduling for your team or component. Deliver regular updates and report on progress, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with the team to maintain a shared library of resources and process documentation. Embody reliability, accountability, and exceptional professionalism in all business-related interactions. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in game production, with a focus on art production. A deep understanding of game development, art workflows, and dependency chains. Strong knowledge of lean production methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with game team structures and dynamics. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Hansoft, Excel, and other tracking/project management software. Knowledge of the mobile and free-to-play game industry, with experience on at least one top title. Experience delivering live services.
