Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing One-on-One ABA Therapy: Deliver individualized therapy sessions to children in their homes, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior support, and treatment plans Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions, using this information to inform treatment plans and drive progress Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Sociology, or be working towards your degree Experience Working with Children: At least one year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in a related field ABA Experience: One year of experience in ABA therapy, or equivalent experience in a related field, such as special education or counseling Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other stakeholders Reliable Transportation: A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to client homes and other locations as needed Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification: Current RBT certification, or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe Experience with Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plans: Experience using Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plans with youth and families Special Education or Counseling Experience: Experience working in special education or counseling, with a focus on supporting individuals with ASD Career Growth Opportunities and Professional Development At Key Autism Services, we are committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our team members.
