Key Responsibilities As a Behavioral Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing One-on-One ABA Therapy: Deliver individualized therapy sessions to children with autism, implementing treatment plans and strategies developed by our BCBAs. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on client behavior and skill acquisition, using this information to inform treatment plans and drive progress. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Sociology, is preferred, although we welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience and a willingness to learn. Experience Working with Children: A minimum of one year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, either in a therapeutic or educational capacity. ABA Experience: While not essential, experience working in ABA therapy or a related field is highly desirable, as is certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and colleagues.
