Key Responsibilities As a Behavioral Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing One-on-One ABA Therapy: Deliver individualized therapy sessions to children with autism, implementing treatment plans and strategies developed by our BCBAs. Experience Working with Children: A minimum of one year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, either in a therapeutic or educational capacity.
