As a key member of our Roadrunner Servicing Center, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Processing phone payments and conducting outbound customer interview calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty * Communicating and resolving customer issues via online chat channels, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and concerns * Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions * Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals, adhering to federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus * At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio * A minimum of two years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Working knowledge of Word and Excel * Ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided) * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bi-lingual a plus) * Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and problem-solving ability * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Robust health care plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Up to 20 days of paid time off (accrued) * Generous parental leave and retirement plan (401k with company match) * Educational assistance and tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year * Powersports safety benefit and Gympass wellness benefit **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
