About the Role: Customer Service Agent for Korean Market We're passionate about providing the best service to our customers, and we're looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers in the Korean market. If you enjoy working independently and are comfortable with night shifts, this job is perfect for you. Our night shift schedule is from midnight (12:00 am) to 08:00 am, 5 days a week, with a 30-minute break. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service by phone, email, or social media to resolve any incidents generated daily, utilizing all three channels to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients. Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution, keeping records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery. Take the extra mile to engage customers, providing personalized support and building strong relationships with our customer base. Collaborate with the Department of Operations on parallel work, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution. About You: To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Previous experience using Zendesk or similar customer service software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. High-level Korean language skills (oral and written) and fluency in Spanish or English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. A solution-oriented and reliable approach, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations. Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a night shift environment. Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A strong team player mentality, with a passion for working in a diverse and international team. Essential Qualifications: Candidates must reside in Spain and have a strong understanding of the Korean market and culture. Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in a night shift environment, is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a tech or entertainment company, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends. Certification in customer service or a related field is also an asset.
