About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. As the voice of arenaflex, our CSRs provide exceptional support, connecting our Sales and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide best-in-class customer service experiences over the phone, responding to client requests, anticipating needs, and educating them on our programs Analyze client problems through effective listening and provide timely, efficient solutions Employ strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult calls with courtesy and professionalism Thoroughly document request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis Work efficiently to resolve client requests independently and as part of a team Develop and maintain positive client relations, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely, effective support Utilize our Client Relationship Management system (CRM) to obtain, extract, and document information for client accounts Handle a high volume of clients in a remote call center environment, working from the comfort of your own home What We Look for in a Candidate: To succeed as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: At least 1 year of call center experience Fluency in Spanish (bilingual) A reliable, high-speed internet connection Technical proficiency with Client Relationship Management systems (CRM) A strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills Effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills The ability to understand and empathize with customer issues A distraction-free, dedicated workspace for working from home Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following skills and experiences can give you a competitive edge: Prior experience in a financial services or related industry Familiarity with customer service software and technology Additional language skills or certifications in customer service or a related field Why Join arenaflex?
