As a key member of our team, you will be the voice of arenaflex, offering education, guidance, and assistance via live chat and email. Your expertise will focus on helping members understand and utilize their benefits, find suitable healthcare providers, and navigate the claims process. To excel in this role, you must be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service to arenaflex members through chat and email, providing education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits effectively. Follow established best practices for handling member inquiries, identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions. Efficiently manage and organize your workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite. Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Maintain a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends. Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of arenaflex's solutions and services.
