Your Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, and you will achieve this by managing each contact interaction with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority. You will identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions. You will inform customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, always delivering on commitments and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Be customer-obsessed and manage each contact interaction with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions Inform customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information Deliver on commitments and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ideally on the same day or within 24 hours Provide correct information to customers and listen carefully to understand their true questions Interact with customers by asking probing questions to identify their needs and provide proper solutions Utilize various online systems to satisfy customer concerns and online knowledge bases in real-time during customer interactions Follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks and maintain a positive interaction with customers, even in high-pressure environments Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a passion for delivering stand-out customer experiences. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. You should be proficient in utilizing various online systems and have intermediate proficiency with PC navigation, including Office and G Suite.
