Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls, resolving issues and providing support in a timely and professional manner Demonstrate critical thinking skills to navigate complex customer inquiries and concerns Utilize attention to detail and good organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and call handling times Education and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree being highly desirable. Your experience in taking inbound calls, combined with your bilingual language skills, will be essential in providing exceptional customer support. While not required, experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage, as it will enable you to navigate complex technical issues and provide informed support to our customers.
