About the Role We are seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Experts to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services Meet sales objectives as defined by the company Qualifications and Requirements We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
