Our company culture is built on a foundation of teamwork, innovation, and a passion for excellence. **Job Responsibilities** As a BPM Systems Application Administrator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Arranging, implementing, altering, and testing software/equipment; copying and recording software/equipment defects; and auditing and interpreting error logs and source codes to analyze errors. * Creating and recording technical requirements for projects/improvements. * Making and maintaining technical design documentation and identifying which applications are affected by the implementation and related interfaces. * Driving service through planning, creating, executing, supporting, and reporting project plans, standards, rules, monitoring services, arrangements, setups, and systems. * Exploring, analyzing, and suggesting changes required for system development by using industry-standard monitoring and research tools. * Recognizing potential opportunities for streamlining, increasing efficiency through continuous process improvement. * Managing/ Directing virtual and physical servers including: server provisioning, upgrading, installing, monitoring, maintaining, and performance enhancement. * Identifying, creating, executing, reviewing, and changing process enhancements, systems, and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with laws and regulations. * Performing practices, cycles, and systems consistent with arenaflex's data security policy and IT standards. * Upholding and maintaining different Middleware Conditions. * Installing, arranging, and monitoring all BAW/BPM, Application Server, and web server systems. * Ensuring flexibility and performance of IBM BAW/BPM applications. * Working with Architects to implement and maintain system design. * Creating and delivering code to the necessary operating systems. * Participating in effective post-implementation activities. * Making and maintaining technical design documentation and identifying which applications are affected by the implementation and related interfaces. * Suggesting and following security management practices, including the continuous development of awareness of current threats, inspection of server logs, and other security management processes. * Executing practices, cycles, and methodology consistent with arenaflex's data security policy and IT standards. * Exploring, suggesting, and creating innovative, automated approaches for system administrators' tasks. * Investigating infrastructure issues, particularly with BPM or webserver applications. * Assessing system determinations, input and output cycles, and operating boundaries for equipment and software compatibility. * Monitoring load tests, performing sends, reviewing logs, and other tasks maintaining the IT environment. * Upholding and maintaining different conditions. * Delivering project-based work to agreed deadlines. Advising project director and designer of any barriers. * Working with vendors, business and application development teams, and other technical groups to address project issues. * Seeking opportunities to learn, automate, report, share, teach, and improve processes. * Adhering to corporate security guidelines and best practices. **Requirements** * At least 2-3 years of BPM Systems Administrator experience. * 2+ years' experience with BAW/BPM. * Familiarity with UNIX/Linux RHEL 7 or 8 operating system utilities. * Experience with Prophet, DB2, and the installation and support of middleware technologies. * Knowledge of at least one Web Server, such as IBM WebSphere or Apache. * Framework Monitoring tools/dashboards/scripts information like Dynatrace, Splunk, or Application Elements. * Familiarity with framework setup and organization of Scene. * Familiarity with DocuSign setup and maintenance. * Knowledge of Instana monitoring tools. * Knowledge of Application setup tools, like Udeploy. * Automation Preplanning like Powershell or Python. * Participating in rotating on-call to provide 24x7 emergency support and available to appear on Saturday or Sunday as well as holidays, as needed. * Available for occasional weekend support. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with IBM Cloud. * Experience with IBM Cloud Toolchain. * Collaborative person - friendly, informative, open, helpful, honest, smart, and committed. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Works with and organizes resources from different teams and support vendors. * Demonstrated history of "getting things done". * Strong hierarchical and time management skills with ability to perform multiple tasks and focus on work effectively in a fast-paced work environment. **Reports** * Initial Letter * Resume * California candidates, please review the arenaflex Candidate Protection Notice. **Benefits** arenaflex offers an extensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical benefits - clinical/dental/vision/portable hearing aid/drug store/conduct health/employee assistance, medical reimbursement account, dependent care assistance plan, short-term and long-term disability insurance, AD&D insurance, life insurance, 401(k), stock purchase plan to eligible employees. **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
