Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team at arenaflex. As a Business Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. With a focus on data entry, event planning, and administrative tasks, this role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing, submitting, and reviewing cost reports in compliance with arenaflex policies Assist with all meeting and event coordination, including logistics, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks Proactively provide administrative and staffing support to the team, including space management, resource allocation, procurement, headcount management, new employee onboarding, and event planning Plan and coordinate employee protection events, team all-hands, and off-sites Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and making decisions within your area of responsibility Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and office requests Manage nicknames and support new employee setup (office, equipment, etc.) Provide scheduling support as required Perform additional daily administrative tasks as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology. You should also have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a managerial, business support, or customer service role, with an emphasis on planning meetings/events, travel management, and basic administrative work. Preferred Qualifications An Associate's Certification in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills, is preferred.
