Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to the 340B program. Develop Compelling Presentations : Design and deliver presentations to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate complex data insights and recommendations. Drive Program Improvement : Perform client-specific program analysis and develop recommendations to enhance program execution. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to complex business problems. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with colleagues to provide business decision support and analysis. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends : Continuously update your knowledge of the 340B program and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Operations Management. Data Analysis Experience : Proven experience in performing data analysis and data management activities. Self-Motivation and Independence : Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective Communication : Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. Microsoft Suite Proficiency : Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel Requirements : Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, both within and outside the state. Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy Industry Experience : Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Drug Advantage program, benefits consultancy, or managed care organization. Project Management Experience : Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific project goals and objectives. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas, consolidating and formatting cells, printing focused pages, and creating pivot tables. Stakeholder Management : Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with people at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors.
