As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by using data-driven assessments and innovative approaches to drive results for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making Develop and implement frameworks that generate high impact for arenaflex, and drive the daily operations of a complex and sophisticated global production network Use quantitative business analysis to drive decisions that have significant impact across each critical business function at the company Collaborate with suppliers, dealers, and customers to deliver new levels of efficiency and performance Work with internal teams, such as Product, Planning, and Business Intelligence, to create the middle logical experiences that enable arenaflex to manage shipping, warehousing, and logistics challenges Functional Areas and Potential Team Placements arenaflex places Business Analysts into several focus business functions, including: Profit Leaders, Relentless Insights, and Business Examples: This team is focused on driving business growth and improvement through quantitative business analysis, and is responsible for managing arenaflex's billion-dollar P&L management across product verticals Marketing Strategy and Measurement: This team drives marketing for arenaflex on each major marketing platform, and is responsible for owning the strategy, P&L, and guides for our portfolio of cutting-edge and in-house-developed marketing and AdTech products Operations: This team is responsible for disrupting the customer experience through the development of a proprietary organized operations network and streamlining platform that directs stock from overseas manufacturing plants to customers' front doors Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong consultative skills: ability to work effectively and persuasively with a highly cross-functional team of stakeholders Strong business acumen: ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and drive towards issues from a customer or supplier perspective Excellent analytical and quantitative skills: ability to work with and integrate large data into critical insights; comfortable using data software to lead analyses and arrange discoveries Strong decisive thinking and execution skills: ability to quickly prioritize efforts, and arrive at conclusions even with ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skilled with Microsoft Excel Experience with any programming language is a plus, including motivation to learn and develop the range of skills (Google BigQuery/SQL, R, Python) Bachelor's degree obtained by Winter 2023 or Summer 2024 What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a competitive salary of $26/hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including: Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values creativity, curiosity, and collaboration A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including data software and programming languages A talented and motivated team of professionals who share your passion for data-driven decision making and strategic growth Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
