Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. As a full-time member of our team, you will work 40 hours per week, with a competitive pay rate of €15.50 per hour. You will also be eligible for a relocation allowance of up to €800 if you are moving from overseas, as well as a salary increase after six months of tenure. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer requests via phone, chat, and/or email, addressing a range of topics from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Being available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly Participating in initial four weeks of full-time training, which will be paid Basic Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications: Be at least 18 years old Have the right to work in the Netherlands Possess strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English Have experience working with a computer Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required) Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) Have a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi) Preferred Qualifications In addition to the basic qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess the following strengths: Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented Friendly and customer-focused in every situation Ability to learn quickly and embrace change Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment Benefits and Perks At arenaflex, we offer a range of benefits and perks to our employees, including: Life insurance Internet allowance arenaflex employee discount Lifestyle benefits and retail discounts through our arenaflex Extras program Expert training and ongoing opportunities to learn more and develop your skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
