Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Manager to join our Terminal Activities team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers. Key Responsibilities Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of terminal activities, including embarkation processes, operational procedures, and communication strategies Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency Develop and maintain databases, reports, and documentation to support terminal activities, including port arrival times, daily activity reports, and quality assurance reviews Provide support to the Terminal Support Manager with moderate interaction and citizenship queries, as well as cast member development and training Assist with agenda planning, documentation, and content creation for business integration programs and execution plans Identify and resolve issues related to programs, content, and measurement to improve project success Maintain terminal activities documentation, including working guides, forms, and customer embarkation insurance for accuracy and consistency Schedule, seat, and record office meetings and events Lead communication with partner regions, both internal and external, with any feedback, functional updates, or changes Attend and support terminal activities in Port Canaveral, South Florida, and outports, as required Occasionally support the outport team by assisting with terminal/area launch operations Conduct quality assurance reviews and schedule reviews for terminal activities Collaborate with other departments within arenaflex to ensure a seamless customer experience Act as a contact between arenaflex and all external vendor operations Maintain a positive working relationship with external vendors participating in daily port activities Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Knowledge of cruise products, the cruise industry, and terminal activities Understanding of internal and external connections and obligations as they relate to a cruise terminal wharf operation Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Travel industry experience Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must have a valid passport, as this position may require international travel Ability to travel frequently to support terminal activity areas Ability to lift 50 pounds, push luggage carts that may weigh over 500 pounds, and operate equipment in a warehouse setting Preferred Qualifications More than three years of cruise line terminal activities or similar experience Knowledge of arenaflex systems, including DXP, Seaware, and Fidelio Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate experience Understanding of immigration policy in regards to areas arenaflex sails from, including but not limited to the US, Schengen region, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
