Job Overview This exciting opportunity offers a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus, paid out in three installments: $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,500 after 1 year. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer service calls, resolve complex issues, and provide personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Your goal will be to deliver effective and timely resolutions, meet monthly sales goals, and provide an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, and engage with managers or support teams for assistance Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services What You Can Expect As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect a competitive hourly salary between $15.54 - $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met.
