We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and employees alike. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for: * Processing inbound and outbound customer calls and member orders in a timely and efficient manner * Liaising with our Delivery Care Agents, customers, agencies, and Case Managers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries * Understanding and striving to meet or exceed outlined metrics while providing excellent customer service * Driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications * Data Entry of customer orders into our company's ERP and other programs * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 18+ years of age and a minimum of a high school diploma * Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel * Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities * Strong customer orientation and focus * Strong and accurate data entry skills * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and dependability * Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required * Bilingual skills are preferred, with a $.50 per hour differential paid **Sales Skills:** As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our business. You will need: * Experience with soft sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling * Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services * Strong persuasion and negotiation skills * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer service environment **Technical Requirements:** To perform this role, you will need: * A minimum of one or two 19-inch or larger monitors (two are recommended) * Headset with microphone, mice, keyboard, etc. * Internet Speed with a minimum of 5.0 MB upload speed and 10 MB download speed * Internet provider must be highly stable with a packet loss and latency under 100ms * DSL or Broadband services required **Employee Benefits:** As an arenaflex employee, you will enjoy: * Hands-on, 100% paid Training * Mon-Friday work week * After a 90-day probationary period, arenaflex offers its employees the following benefits: + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K + All major holidays are paid days off for all employees + 10 PTO days within your first 12 months **Incentive Program:** arenaflex's Customer Care Center has an incentive program designed to award monetary incentives to agents who meet and exceed specified productivity metrics and quality goals. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking are daily activities. Some bending and filing may be required (<10% of the time).
