Key Responsibilities and Duties Be Brand Passionate: Share your love and in-depth knowledge of TaylorMade Golf products and the game of golf with customers. Expert Product Knowledge: Utilize your familiarity with TaylorMade golf equipment and the TaylorMadeGolf site to provide authoritative advice and support. Competitor Analysis: Compare and analyze competitor products to offer customers informed recommendations. Multitasking: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by handling multiple chat interactions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective responses. Professional Communication: Communicate with customers at a professional level, addressing their queries and concerns with clarity and empathy. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Chat Brand Rep for TaylorMade Golf, you'll need: Golf Experience: A minimum of 5 years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its nuances. Club Fitting Experience: At least 2 years of club fitting experience, enabling you to offer expert advice on TaylorMade products. In-depth Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, as well as familiarity with similar products from other brands. Communication Skills: The ability to type at least 35 words per minute, with strong written communication skills to clearly assist golfers across all levels (enthusiast to pro).
