Key Responsibilities Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients in a professional and friendly manner. Respond to customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve issues in a timely and effective way. Essential Qualifications Residency in Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK area) is required for this role. Possess a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Technical requirements include a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher). A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions is essential for success in this remote role. Availability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between 11am-7:30pm EDT. A typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is preferred) to ensure efficient and effective communication. Preferred Qualifications Gaming experience, which can translate to multitasking, quick thinking, and strategic communication. Previous experience in customer-facing roles or chat operations, particularly in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of the automotive sector, including current trends and challenges.
