Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing real-time support to customers via chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assisting customers with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing product information. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately, using our CRM system to track customer issues and resolutions. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge, and best practices to improve overall team performance. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date on our products and services, making recommendations to customers and providing solutions to their needs. Essential Qualifications: To succeed as a Chat Support Specialist at KvikCareer, you'll need: Previous experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Multitasking and prioritization: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
