Your role will be instrumental in supporting our company's mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls in a professional, accurate, and courteous manner, ensuring timely resolution of member inquiries. Utilize proprietary blithequark systems to access member information and provide relevant details to callers. Document all calls and interactions in the Communication Log, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or queue, ensuring seamless issue resolution. Leverage online resources to provide timely and informed responses to member inquiries. Manage your time effectively to meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Participate in weekly staff meetings and other team discussions to foster collaboration and address departmental issues. Respond to internal and external customer requests in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using proprietary systems. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with members and internal stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Inbound call center experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. Previous experience working with proprietary systems or software. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
