Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements, including education, experience, technical competencies, travel, and relocation requirements. Talent Acquisition : Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract high-quality candidates for various clinical positions, including Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, and more. Educational Partnerships : Engage in educational partnerships and professional organizations to develop a talent pipeline of students and alumni, ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates. Candidate Screening and Selection : Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for multiple positions, assessing their capabilities to match job requirements and determining job offer details. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting : Maintain accurate records, track candidates in the applicant tracking system, and provide weekly and monthly recruiting reports to the Recruiting Lead. Process Improvement : Actively participate in process improvement strategies and projects within the Recruiting Team and Human Resources Team, driving innovation and excellence. Customer Service and Communication : Establish trust and credibility with managers, peers, and candidates through skilled communications, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and professionalism. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent education and/or experience. At least three years of experience in physician recruiting, with a proven track record of success. Experience working for a multi-specialty practice, hospital setting, or Locum Tenens/placement firm recruiting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively provide valuable and timely customer service. A strong understanding of current federal and state regulations related to employment, including EEOC and OFCCP. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for the West Coast region. A proven ability to engage in educational partnerships and professional organizations to develop a talent pipeline. Access to reliable transportation, as some travel may be required.
