About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in coordinating and providing care to our hospice patients, addressing their personal care needs, and promoting their comfort and well-being. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver superior care and will participate in interdisciplinary meetings, training, and development activities.
